Meet the Team
Our team of promoters and resident DJs can’t wait to welcome you to a Dandy event. Scroll down to find out a little more about the folks behind the parties.

Deany Sevigny
Deany Sevigny is a DJ, promoter, and the founder of Dandy. Deany has over 15 years of DJing experience, including the alt. queer indie night Anointed with DJ ADBT, a residency at the seminal Mancunian queer night Bollox, and sets at the world-famous Homobloc.
As well as working up and down the UK, Anointed took Deany to Amphi Festival (Cologne) in 2019, and Dandy took them to Bearly Athens in 2024. When they’re not organising and managing the events and the brand, they’re behind the decks to pump out their trademark mix of alternative pop, indie, electro and rock.
A Deany Sevigny set spans across the best of all genres and there’s always something for everyone!

Adaimia
Adaimia is a DJ and Producer with a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Sound Design (Electronic Music Production). He is a resident DJ and co-promoter of Dandy and has previously performed at events such as Bollox and Homobloc.
Being raised on video games and alternative music, he eventually discovered the world of synthesis and electronic music. Expect filthy drops, nerdy references, overt queerness and the heaviest metal shredding in his twisted taste of alternative and electronic bangers.

Sugar Puff Daddy
Sugar Puff Daddy is a resident DJ and performer at Dandy. He has a Bachelor’s with Honours in Classical Music from the Royal Northern College of Music and utilises absolutely none of that in order to bring you queer euphoria with a twisted sense of humour instead.
A Sugar Puff Daddy set is an electrifying assortment of Disco, House, Pop, Dance/Electric, Hip Hop, & Escape Room. If Dandy were The Addams Family – Sugar Puff Daddy is the Debbie Jelinsky.

ADBT
ADBT is the DJ moniker of Adrian Brian Thompson (or Ady to his friends), a versatile club DJ with almost 20 years’ experience playing outsider pop, indie electro, industrial, electronica, hard dance, and commercial dance throughout the UK and Europe.
As well as his current DJ residency at Manchester’s pioneering alternative queer party Dandy and his own diverse mix of events under the AnalogueTrash umbrella, ADBT has DJ’d at London’s Royal Vauxhall Tavern, Cologne’s Amphi Festival, London’s Slimelight, Sheffield’s Resistanz Festival, Manchester’s Deaf Institute, Copenhagen’s Underhusset club, Athens’ Big Bar, Paris’ Le Klub venue, Todmorden’s iconic Golden Lion, Birmingham’s Eden Bar, and many more eclectic and underground events.
Never one to sit still, he also performs live as part of the UK electronica 4-piece VIEON as a visual artist and VJ.
A typical ADBT DJ set is an energetic mix of pop, dance, indie, and electronica, with plenty of songs you love and more than a few curveballs thrown in for good measure.
